Helping others has been a passion of mine since my youth. At the tender age of 13, I started a mentorship program called J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) that focused on helping inner-city teens deal with bullying, peer-pressure, and self-esteem. Like many adolescences, I was a victim of those things and wanted to provide a safe place for individuals to work on self and image.
While attaining my undergraduate degree, I received an opportunity to work with LGBTQ men and women in the Tampa By area. As a result of this rewarding experience, I felt the need to do more. Furthermore, I attended Nova Southeastern University to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Here is where I gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding about relationship dynamics, grief, and the importance of body, mind, and spirit. I received training during the 2020 pandemic as a Certified Professional Coach. During these times, it is pivotal to work through our stressors, accomplish the goals we set for ourselves, and find the light within us to live happily.
As a professionally trained life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I specialize in LGBTQ life coaching, adolescents and teens coaching, career goal setting and coaching, and relationship coaching.
Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding, and support.
